专利说明:
REHABILITATION DEVICE The invention relates to a rehabilitation device, which is formed by a housing which is provided with crutches, lever handles and foot levers on its sides. Rehabilitation devices are known in which the person to be rehabilitated turns with a crutch or steps in pedals against a braking resistor. However, some of the rehabilitation persons, for example due to illness or an accident, are slackened to such an extent that they cannot even climb the resistance of the rehabilitation devices. Devices are therefore also being built, in which these people do not work with their own force on the device, but the movements of their limbs are guided by a drive machine located in the rehabilitation device. The disadvantage of such known devices consists of the one-sided and uniform loading of the muscles of the climbing person, which often results in an overload on one site and an underload on another, so that the desired effects of the rehabilitation are often not achieved. . The rehabilitation device according to the invention is formed by a housing which is provided with cranks, lever handles and foot levers on its sides, the cranks being connected to a drive machine controlled by a control element arranged in the housing and according to the invention the control element is connected to switches and diode forming control elements provided in a control switch table located on the outer side of the front of the housing. The control element can preferably be provided with switches (61) for starting and switching off the running of the motor, with switches (63) for increasing or decreasing the running speed, with switches (66) for changing the direction of travel and with switches (68) for selecting the running time or cycle number of single running directions, wherein the diodes representing the set values are arranged in rows. The control element can preferably comprise a printed circuit board for programmable sound reproduction which is arranged on an outer side of the front side. The rehabilitation device according to a further claim can preferably be provided with a fan for cooling the drive mechanism and / or transformers. The advantage of the rehabilitation device according to the invention is that it is provided with a control element which controls the load of the rehabilitating person, which is arranged inside the housing and with switches arranged in the openings of the front of the housing and diodes is provided. The advantage of the rehabilitation device according to the invention furthermore consists of an advantageous arrangement of switches and diodes in a control switch table on the outer side of the front of the housing. Finally, the advantage of the rehabilitation device according to the invention consists of an advantageous cooling of the drive mechanism and / or transformers with a fan arranged in the interior of the housing. The rehabilitation device according to the invention is shown in drawings, on which fig. 1 represents the front view of the rehabilitation device and fig. 2 the front view of the control switch table of the rehabilitation device. According to Figure 1, two crank pairs 2,4 are provided on the sides of housing 1, a crank pair 2 having handles 3 being provided, which are rotatably mounted on the cranks 2, and the lower crank pair 4 being provided with pedals 5, which also are rotatably mounted on the cranks 4. Arranged in housing 1 is an electric motor which is connected to both crank pairs 2,4 by means of a drive, preferably a chain drive. The electric motor is powered from the mains by means of a transformer and is controlled by a control element, which is also positioned in the interior of the housing on the inside of the front of the housing and with its operating elements, for example switches, and control elements, for example diodes, are arranged in the corresponding openings of the front of the housing and are arranged in the control switch table 6 arranged on the outer side of the front of the housing. Furthermore, the rehabilitation device according to the invention is provided in the interior of the housing with a fan for cooling the electric motor and possibly transformers in case their temperature exceeds the permitted value. According to Figure 2, the control switch table 6 of the switches is placed on the front of the housing, and regulates the course of the device, just like the diodes arranged in several rows and representing the set value. In the row 61 are the switches for starting and stopping the course of the motor and a diode which lights up when the motor is running, which possibly blinks when the motor or the transformer overheats automatically when it is switched off. In the row 63, switches for increasing or decreasing the rotational speed of the cranks are arranged in a plurality of speed stages. The set speed stage is then displayed in the row 62 by the illuminated diode. The running time is changed with the switches in the row 65 and the selected duration is indicated by the diodes in the row 64. The rehabilitation device according to the invention makes it possible to change the direction of loading of the locomotor apparatus by selecting, in row 64, the direction forward, backward or an alternating direction. The chosen direction or the alternating direction is indicated by the diodes between the switches. In row 68, the running time or cycle number in one direction is selected. Selected values are displayed by the diodes in the row 67. The control element may comprise a printed circuit board on the outer side of the front side of the housing 1 in a control switch table 6 for programmable sound reproduction. The arrangement of the printed circuit board in the control switch table 6 enables a connection between the printed circuit board and the control element and a simple operation of the printed circuit board for the gymnast.
